Uskomattoman kauniista peleistään (Unicorn Overlord, Dragon's Crown, Odin Sphere) tunnettu Vanillaware tekee todellisen kulttuuriteon ja tuo Muramasan pelattavaksi laajemmalle yleisölle. Aiemmin peli on ollut pelattavissa vain Wiillä ja PSVitalla, mutta nyt myös uusien konsolien omistajat pääsevät käsiksi tähän herkkuun. Vanillaware tekee tämän myötä debyyttinsä PC:llä.
