Ehkäpä se odotetuin traileri taisi olla kolmannella Deadpool-elokuvalla. Sehän toki saatiin, mutta samassa hötäkässä elokuvan viralliseksi nimeksi varmistui hieman yllättäen Deadpool & Wolverine. Toinen mielenkiintoinen jatko-osa on vuoden 1996 katastrofileffa Twisterin jalanjäljissä jatkava ja Aliens-henkisesti monikkoon heitetty Twisters.
Mitä sitten Super Bowlin lopputulokseen tulee, niin sen ottelun vei Kansas City Chiefs San Francisco 49ersiä vastaan pistein 25-22.
