We're pretty happy so far with the # of GPU clients. We're getting a lot of FLOPS out of them. Also, there are pretty severe limits on what GPU's we can support and we're still working on testing the results we've gotten so far.
In fact, the GPU work has greatly helped shape the algorithms used on the PS3 client, as we can test out ideas on the GPUs first. Once the PS3 is out the door, we will start to take some of the additional tricks done on the PS3 and port them back to the GPU and make a bigger push there. With that and G80 supporrt, the GPU client usage should start to grow further.
Of course, 10K (or more) PS3's would be very nice too, as each one is more or less as fast as the GPU client!
