Who Replied?PES3 not coming to Xbox shocker
Despite rumours to the contrary on literally every games website worth it's salt (including this one - gulp) Konami will not be bringing Pro Evolution 3 to the Xbox. This is a serious blow for Xboxers, especially over in Europe where a successful football title can make or break a console.
So, PS2 owners are now in their element as Pro Evolution Soccer 3 has finally landed on their beloved console. Recent speculation has had it that this game would also be seeing its way onto Xbox, prompting much rejoicing (and a little drooling), but these stories have been refuted by Konami, so PS2 owners can gloat to their hearts' content. With GTA on Xbox confirmed, it had seemed there was little reason to own Sony's box any more.
There is light at the end of this tunnel, however, as the stupendous news is that Konami ARE developing an Xbox footie title, due for release by next Xmas. Yes, next Xmas. Whether it will be along the lines of Pro Evo or the not-so-good ISS series is a big mystery, but what is for sure is that it will be making use of the Xbox's online functionality.
