We would like to thank everyone for the various discussions that have been occurring on these boards. The team has spent a great deal of time reading and noting the various improvements and changes people have requested.

We are very committed to the on-going enhancements to Star Wars Battlefront on all three platforms. Over the past two weeks we've given each platform some quick improvements to deal with immediate needs. The team has also been working on many new enhancements and additions to the various platforms. Some of the things we are working on are: adding features to the in-game server browser, additional options for Hosts, a Linux version of the dedicated server software, resolving inconsistent results on the Leaderboards and many other improvements

We also have some bigger things planned for the game that we hope to be able to speak about soon.

We wanted to follow-up with everyone on some of the current enhancements being worked on for our next round of updates. Some of the feature improvements &/or additions are to increase the options for servers. They include:

- The ability to change the default Reinforcement counter
- The ability for the Host to Boot players
- The ability to Ban players from a server
- We've added the ability to be Invulnerable for a period of time when the player spawns in. The amount of time the player is invulnerable is determined by the server.
- When running a dedicated server,the game session window is now moveable

Early next week we hope to be able to share a lot more information about the upcoming enhancements to the game. We just want to be sure everything we talk about is actually going to make it into our next update before we promise anything.

Niin, onko tässä pelissä sittenkään mahdollista pelata 2 vs 2 system linkin kautta? Kaverin kanssa kokeiltiin eikä onnistunut millään.

Tänään taas tätä huippupeliä klo 20 alkaen. Hostaus 16 pelaajalle ja 20 botille, ei autoaimia ja jengit valitsee joku muu kuin pelaaja Vielä ehtii pari viikkoa mättää ennenkuin tilalle (?) astuu Halo2:n livepeli.

Uutinen pelin lisäkenttää koskien:

Uutta sisältöä Star Wars: Battlefrontiin

LucasArts on ilmoittanut julkaisevansa Star Wars: Battlefrontiin piakkoin uuden kartan nimeltä Jabba's Palace. Kartta sijoittuu pelin Tatooine-planeetan autiomaahan. Uuden kartan myötä pelaaja pääsee ottamaan mittaa muun muassa Gamorrean vartijoista ja Rancor-hirviöstä.

Uusi kartta tullaan julkaisemaan ensin tietokoneversiota varten marraskuun 19. päivä, Xbox-versio julkaistaan piakkoin tämän jälkeen.

Hieno uutinen! Äxboksin paras shootteri netissä saa näin upean päivityksen ja antaa uskoa siihen, ettei meitä livettäjiä ole kuitenkaan unohdettu vaikka välillä ehti jo niin näyttää. Saisivat tehdä kartan myös kuolontähdestä itsestään sisäpuolelta. Liittyyhän siinä itse trilogiassa monenmoista tarinaa.
