In a continuation of their (successful) efforts to dominate the recent gaming news, Rockstar Games and Sony Music have announced that the soundtracks (yes, that's plural) for GTA3: Vice City will be released on the same day as the game itself; October 29th. The soundtracks will include songs by Judas Priest, Blondie, Flock of Seagulls, Kool and the Gang, Hall and Oates, Grandmaster Flash, and Cutting Crew. And talk about milking this for all its worth. There won't be one, or two discs; there will be seven separate albums, with each album corresponding to a different radio station, and therefore a different 1980s music genre; from Heavy Metal to Soul to Hip-Hop to Pop Ballads.

Uusin Pleikkari 2 Lehti sisältää ison jutun Vice Citystä. Kannattaa käydä ostamassa kyseinen lehti. Thomas Puha matkusti Floridaan haastattelemaan Rockstarin Terry Donovania, joka paljastaa pelistä aika paljon kaikkea mielenkiintoista. Esim. että Vice Cityn käsikirjoitus on jo yli 2000 sivua pitkä (elokuvissa on normaalisti 120-200 sivua), tehtäviä on puolet enemmän, Vice City on 2-2,5 kertaa isompi kuin Liberty City ja siellä on kuulemma rennompi fiilif(?). Soundtrackilla kuullaan mm. Kool and the Gang, Michael Jackson, Judas Priest, Blondie, Grand Master Flash,, Flock of Seagulls, Laura Branigan ja Cuttin Crew nimisiä bändejä/artisteja. Kannattaa kuulemma käydä vilkaisemassa myös www.kentpaul.com

Onko toi nyt ihan varma, että toi koko kaupunki ei ole koluttavana alusta asti? Latistaa pirusti fiilistä jos joka paikkaan pääsee heti aluks. Kuten joku totes, niin fiilis oli loistava lähtee tutkiin uutta kaupunginosaa.

No kyllä musta kaksi "saarta" vois pitää heti alussa auki. Lähinnä gta3:n läpi kolunneiden kannalta, kun opettelemista on vähemmän, niin asevalikoima tulisi kahden saaren myötä isommaks ja poliisi tähtiä olis enemmän (eikö ollu niin että kolmosessa ei voinu ekalla saarella alussa saada tähti mittaria täyteen?)

Ainakin aitoa(vaikka ei niinkään väliä). Toimiikohan tuo niin että aina piilopaikasta valitaan pari asetta mukaan ja loput jää sinne säilytykseen..

Nuo aseet toimivat ns."luokkasysteemissä". Eli lyömäaseilla voi olla vaikka raskaat ja kevyet ja samaan aikaan ei voi olla kahta raskasta ja kahta kevyttä. Samaten ampuma-aseilla luulisin...

Each CD is named after a radio station appearing in the game: V-Rock (featuring bands such as Judas Priest), Wave 103 (Flock of Seagulls), Emotion 98.3 (Mister Mister), Flash FM (Hall & Oates), Wildstyle Pirate Radio (Grandmaster Flash), Fever 105 (Kool & the Gang), and Radio Espantoso (Irakere).
