Täytyy kyllä sanoa, vaikka suuri Sony hater olenkin, että tuo Afrika vaikutti, ainakin graafisesti, todella mielenkiintoiselta. Saattoi toki olla, että video oli pre-renderöity, mutta mikäli pelit pystyvät tuollaiseen graafiseen ulkoasuun on grafiikkahoroilla luvassa hyvä tulevaisuus.

Pelien lisäksi ehdottomasti sen hiljaisuuden takia. Ostin X360:n reilu kuukausi sitten, joka täytyi myydä pois sen aiheuttaman melun vuoksi. Pelasin sillä kuulokkeet päässä, mutta silti hiljaisissa kohdissa peliä DVD-aseman aiheuttama humina tuli korviini, joka huomattavasti haittasi peliin eläytymistä.

Tätä en ole koskaan tajunnut. Kyllähän se nyt mekkalaa pitää, mutta itse ainakin pidän sen verran ääntä peleissä, ettei ikinä ole pätkääkään haitannut boksin ääni. Kai jotkut pelaavat vain niin hiljaisella tai ovat todella herkkiä melulle.
Oma PC on kyllä kanssa varsinainen hurinapesäke, mutta eipä sekään ole koskaan haitannut. Kai olen sitten vain outo :/

Kannatan Eliytresin kutsumista Nörttikerhon kokoukseen joulukuussa (taitaa Laxilla olla sama mielessä tapahtuma mielessä, kuin minulla

Itse avauduin täällä jo kerran, juurikin näistä samoista syistä, minkä takia tässä on taas tulisteltu. Olen samaa mieltä, että tuollainen kommentointi kuuluu Konsolisota-alueelle. En kyllä haluaisi tuollaisia kommentteja sielläkään lukea.
Eliytres ei halua keskustella. Keskustelu lähtee mielestäni siitä, että pyritään vaihtamaan mielipiteitä rakentavasti ja annetaan toisen näkemyksille tilaa.
Eliytres haluaa provosoida. Se on täysin selvää herran kommenteista. Tuollainen kuuluu ehdottomasti muualle. Ei tänne. En ymmärrä miksi tuollaista kielenkäyttöä pitäisi sallia edes konsolisota-puolella.
Mikäli kyseinen henkilö alkaa nyt vänkäämään jotain vastaan, niin voin kertoa, että turhaa... Minullekin PS3:n hiljaisuus on iso plussa ja riittävä syy hommata multiplattari pelit sille, HDMI:stä tulee vissiin parempaa kuvaakin ulos(?)
Oma boxi on tosin joten kuten äänieristetty eikä television äänen yli kuulu mutta silti on se mukavampaa ettei tarvitse huminasta huolehtia.
PS3:lle kiinnostaa eniten Virtua Fighter 5 ja UT 2007, kone tulee näillä näkymin hommattua sitten kun nämä on julkaistu.
Muita kiinnostavia on ainakin FFXIII, Resistance ja Heavenly Sword.

Uudessa pleikkarissa kiinnostaa kokonaisuus. Mihin kaikkeen tämä rauta vielä tulee venymään ja miten se tulee laajentamaan käsitettä (peli)konsoli. Siinä kakussa pelit ovat vain yksi viipale muiden joukossa, ehkä kuitenkin vielä se isoin niistä. Utopia 'Kodin viihdekeskuksesta', joka tarjoaa avaimet monenmuotoisiin sisältöihin voisi jo tällä onnistua.
Peleistä löytyy, ja jo noista mainituista Unreal Tournament 2007 on vanhalle sinkohippailijalle kyllä pakkohankinta. [video PS3-versiosta]
Uudessa pleikkarissa kiinnostaa kokonaisuus. Mihin kaikkeen tämä rauta vielä tulee venymään ja miten se tulee laajentamaan käsitettä (peli)konsoli. Find out what types of media Sony's new beast supports.

October 26, 2006 - Sony is clearly intent on making the PS3 the all-in-one hub for your home entertainment. A new list of media formats supported by the system right out of the box includes a variety of hard and digital formats, and should satisfy the needs of just about everyone.
The hard media has been known for some time, but here's the full list.

The PS3 will also allow you to access a variety of media file formats from the video, music and photo menus of the Cross Media Bar. We're assuming these files can be stored anywhere, including the hard disk and memory cards.

Mulle toi pleikkari 3 on kyl iha pakko0hankinta jossai vaihees... Tolle tulos nii siistei pelei ja sit on tulos onneks noit iha uusiiki juttui mut kyl noit jatko-osiiki on tulossa mut mua se ei TOSIAAN haittaa ku nii maukkait sarjoi on!! Ei se hinta ees oo paha jos vaik ostaa Hobbyhallist kuukaus erissä!
Millanenkohan peli toi Afrika oikein on...? Mut kyllä uskon et pleikkari kolmonen tuolt paskast nousee taas ykköseks tai ei pakosti ykköseks mut ainaki tuolt paskast nousee ! Toivon kyl et laittais sen tärinän siihe ohjaimeen!!!

Hinta kyllä hirvittää.. PS3 ei ole niin kamalan kallis, mutta siihen varusteet päälle, niin 800-900e tulee aika nopeasti.. ja Sonyn 1080p Full HD televisio reilut 3000e + jalusta..
+4000e pelipaketti ei kyllä naurata etukäteen..
(Hekottelen vasta sitten, kun se on olohuoneessa..)
