Tässä olisi hyvin pitkä tarina mitä Anthemin kehityksessä meni pieleen ja miksi pelistä tuli lopulta niin keskeneräinen. Yksi syy oli Frostbite, pelimoottori jolla on todella vaikea tehdä mitään mihin sitä ei aluneprin suunniteltu. Toinen syy oli se että vaikka peliä kehiteltiin 7 vuotta, eivät pelin parissa työskennelleet tienneet millainen peli Anthem on tai mitä siitä pitäis tulla edes silloin kun Bioware piti tuon surullisen kuuluisan E3 esityksen. Eli se kaikki oli feikattu ja heitettiin sinneppäin mitä peli voisi olla. Kolmas syy oli se että Biowaren sisällä eri tiimit eivät tullee toimeen ollenkaan ja ei kuunneltu lainkaan jos joku sanoi että tämä ja tämä ei toimi ja meillä on siitä jo kokemusta.

EDIT: Peliä pelatessani ja videoita katsellessani ihmettelin miten Biowaren kaltainen kokenut tiimi voi tehdä jotain tällaista ja miten niin monet asiat pelissä on tehty päin persettä vaikka oli samanlaisia pelejä jo valmiina mitkä teki asiat paremmin. Tuon jutun luettuani ymmärrän täysin miksi näin kävi, kenelläkään siellä ei ollut visiota mitä Anthemin pitäisi olla ja lopulta ei vaan ollut aikaa.

Plus, the build could be so unstable, it was difficult to even log on to test for bugs. “I think there was an entire week where I couldn’t do anything because there were server issues,” said one person who worked on the game. Another said that the team had to test out and approve levels offline, which was a strange choice for missions that were meant to be played by four people."
